Question about downloading shows
« on: September 11, 2011, 04:36:00 PM »
Alright, so I'm a total noob when it comes to bootlegs, and I've been spending the last couple of hours trying to download some shows. Just to get things started I looked at trialoftears.net. I tried to download the first torrent I came across (Acoustic at the Electric Factory Philadelphia PA). It downloaded, but I have no idea what to do now. Do I have to unarchive it? If so, how do I do this? I'm just a lost, inexperienced, fanatical DT fan who can't get the shows he wants. Please help.

Thanks

Right, so I'm guessing you downloaded the torrent file, loaded it into a torrent client and then downloaded the bottleg itself?

If so you should have a list of .flac files wherever you downloaded it, to open these you need to use a program like VLC Player.

If you just downloaded the torrent file and did nothing else, you first need to load it into a torrent client like uTorrent. Then, do the above.
