I searched to see if this has been mentioned, but I haven't found anything pertaining to this specifically. It may have been talked about years ago, but I don't know.
I was listening to Radiohead's Karma Police and I noticed that the sound effects of footsteps and a car door closing were extremely similar, if not the exact same, sound effects used at the end of Finally Free. Here's the official music video for Karma Police, and in the beginning you will hear the sound effects.
