I honestly hate when people go through the trouble of trying to type out things like that even more than if they leave them out entirely. At least if someone uses no capitalization or punctuation I can attribute it to them maybe being in a hurry (which is never true, of course, but it helps my sanity). When they go through the trouble to try and put the apostrophes in, it's just alerting me to the fact that you are indeed, fucking stupid.

Agreed.  True, the rules of the English language are often contradictory and seemingly just plain random, but they're finite and most of us have them down by 3rd or 4th grade.  If you get to college and still haven't worked out that adding 's is not the universal rule for pluralizing a word, I'm sorry but you're an idiot.

Scientific theories are so well backed up that most normal people would count them as fact.  Most People just don't get the distinction though.

Yeah, most people don't understand that there are no scientific facts.  What most people call a theory, scientists call a hypothesis, something which sounds good but which is unproven.  Gather enough proof to support your hypothesis and it's a theory.  But it's not "just a theory" -- it's what is currently considered "true."
