Album of the Year 1995 - nomination phase
« on: September 04, 2011, 10:07:44 AM »
Rules:
-Post your 5 favorite albums from 1995; the order does not matter.  If you only like less than 5, list those.  Just no more than 5.
-List the band name first and then the album name.  Like this: Band name - Album name
-If you change your mind, edit your original post.  Do not post them again.
-Only studio and live albums will be counted; no best of, compilations, etc.
-From this point on, any and all Dream Theater albums cannot be nominated.  Side projects featuring DT members can be.
-Posts that you do not follow these rules will not be counted.

Nomination phase will last two days.

Ozzy Osbourne - Ozzmosis
Van Halen - Balance

I don't think the VH album is that great, but 1995 is a shit year for music for me. But I do adore Ozzmosis.
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

As much as it pains me to do so, I`ll agree with the vote for Jagged Little Pill.  That album had so much popularity for Alanis Morrisette`s transformation

Spock`s Beard - The Light

Ayreon - The Final Experiment

I kinda liked it. It wasn't Pornografitti but it was pretty cool. Plus there was (for me) very little else to get excited about in 1995. :lol
