Easy to dismiss them, and IMO way underrated, but the Beach Boys are an essential part of understanding American music.

Nice, will be interesting to see if there is something new for us who already know quite a lot about their history. Or if this is geared more toward the newer fans.

That said, my introduction to the band was through the Endless Harmony documentary on VHS back in 1998 :lol

I am constantly amazed at the number of members here who have no idea about a lot of different really well known pop culture things, like individuals, songs, movies, whatever.

Definitely not targeting you, HOF.  It's pretty well spread around here lol

There are parts of popular culture I’ve missed out on the last 20 years or so. I think I’m still fairly plugged in, but these names are unknown to me.
