Download speed slower than upload speed. lolwut

I've been having a ton of internet issues lately. It'll randomly cut out from time to time, and now this. My upload speeds are up to about .95, and my download speeds are down to .58. I used to get download speeds of 6.0 or higher.

Any idea what's going on? I've got a DSL box bridged through a standard Linksys router. I've reset the router, unplugged it (and plugged it back in, of course), and had Windows repair the connection. All other browsing seems unaffected.

Funny video, but I haven't been doing anything different with the internet lately. If anything, I've been using it less since I've been at university for the last 2 weeks. Perhaps it's aggravated at me for using another connection. :p

I suppose it's possible that there might be something up on RoadRunner's end. I had a problem like this with my old internet a long time ago too. I don't remember how it was fixed. One day it just was.

Good timing. I just had the exact same problem. Turned out that the router power supply took a dump. Found the problem by accident when I plugged it in to an older router and it went out completely. So I plugged in the power supply from the old router to the newer router and I was in business. Problem solved.

Good news. Looks like it was on RR's side. Back up to about 13.21, which is actually quite a bit higher than normal.
