This would be fucking amazing for pranks, holy shit.

Actually screw it, I'm suggesting this for senior prank this year. We could buy like 10.

That's a great idea for a senior prank. It's harmless, but it would still get good reactions from people. The only way you'd get in trouble is if the principal has a stick up his ass.

Great for novelty, but I'd guess it wouldn't last more than a few days without breaking or popping.

Ok, you know what, $40 is kind of pricey, but it's not too bad. I was expecting them to be in the $25-$30 range. But still...if I had $40 to waste, I'd buy one.

Loved the clip. The perfect prank it seems since folks caught off guard seemed scared shitless but immediately laughed once they realized what was really going on. Everyone goes home happy.

freakin sweet
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

Great for novelty, but I'd guess it wouldn't last more than a few days without breaking or popping.

Those mylar balloons are pretty tough.  They're the some stuff the giant balloons are made of that people give for birthdays and stuff.  They stay airborne for weeks.

The propulsion mechanism is another story, but I'd think that as long as it doesn't suffer severe physical trauma (scare the wrong person, for example) you're probably fine.
