Well, no flow comes from having songs like The Sound of Muzak (don't get me wrong, love the song as an individual song) but on the album it just doesn't fit in.
Wedding Nails is also a sort of a momentum-killer for me, again.. it's a song I like, but with the last 3 minutes or so of the song, it kinda kills the flow of the album.
As for the stand-out part, Trains would make it to my top15 PT-songs.
Hearattack, Collapse and Gravity Eyelids would be very close, the rest of the songs goes from a wide range of 'fairly mediocre' by PT-standards (Strip the Soul, The Creator Has a Mastertape), to just solid and good songs. (Blackest Eyes, .3) for example.
As I said, it's not a bad album at all, but it would easily rank in as my 9th favorite PT album.
