Homer Simpson in Bombay Vindaloo
« on: August 20, 2011, 06:41:23 PM »
Haven't listen to that song for ages, but today I did and noticed a funny thing: right at the beginning (0:11) you can hear some dude in the crowd go aaaaaaahhhhhhhh...either is very drunk englishman or it's actually Homer Simpson :p funny as hell

Can anyone here what someone in the crowd is yelling before mr.homer screams??

Hahaha! I'd never noticed that before. Definately Homer Simpson. No other explanation for it.  :P

Pretty random indeed, but I think that it came from the audience.
... And you ask me: "Where's my hairspray?"

This thread makes me want Indian food.

Feel free to come over. We're having cauliflower, gourd and tomato curry with mustard seeds. With rice. Not much pork, though, I'm afraid.

I'm just some 10,000 miles away ;D

Fair enough. Doesn't really sound like Homer Simpson to me, though.

If it's the part right at the beginning, from the audience, it sounds to me more like Barney's drunk ass at Moe's Tavern.

 :lol
Everything is immaterial. Do you know that reality is immaterial? This is not reality.
In what friggin' universe is a 68 minute long album "short"?

I would also like to put my vote down for Barney.
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

That's OK, no one has mentioned the part with Bart in Scarred.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

Then there's the Simpsons theme in ACOS on LSFNY and Conan O'Brien, who was a Simpsons writer, in Space-Dye Vest...

The funny thing is the Englishman is actually saying:

MYuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggg!

As the song does open with JM's harmonic riff.
