I believe the only way to get tix is through the Merriam Theater itself, am I correct?
Trying to find prices for this thing.
So the Merriam Theatre just released some initial ticket prices. Nothing under $150 thus far.(Yikes) So I think I'll hold out for something in the $70 range, just wanted to let you guys know though. Here's the link https://www.imerriamtheatertickets.com/ResultsTicket.aspx?evtid=1707489&event=Dream+Theater
There must be something special with those seats or something. Notice how there are only a couple available. I think I'll call them today and find out what's up.
I called the Merriam today and that site selling $150 tickets is a scalper site. They do go on sale Monday morning, and the highest price is like $68.
Anybody know what time they go on sale? I'd like to know when I should set my alarm for.
Well, I've never heard of this place before, but apparently it's a Broadway type venue that holds 1,874. The last time they were at the Tower for the PN '09 tour (which was the first time I saw them) they didn't really pack it to say the least, so it makes sense that they're playing a smaller venue in Philly this time. I just wish it was the Keswick, but oh well... I'll still be there no matter what! The show's not listed on their website yet. https://merriam-theater.com/events/?venue=235

Either way, it definitely looks nicer and is a nicer section of the city.
Just bought my tickets online.... Orch Pit Rgt, Row A I can't believe that I'm going to be FIRST ROW at a Dream Theater concert.

Right infront of Petrucci I know, I still can't believe that I scored these seats! You said that you got row E, but what section are you in?
