MoP. I don't think it's Metallica best album, but still a very strong album from beginning to end and one of the all time great metal albums.
Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.

Metallica. It's Master of Puppets, man. All the answer you need.

Mighty kingdoms rise, but they all will fall, no more than a breath on the wind.

My favorite Maiden album vs. my 3rd favorite Metallica album.

Metallica

I've never been the BIGGEST Iron Maiden fan, and Somewhere In Time wasn't my favorite one.

I'm a little surprised Maiden didn't win. Is Somewhere In Time not a better Maiden album, or is just that people preferred MoP? I don't know a lot of Iron Maiden aside from the obvious stuff.

Somewhere in Time could well be considered their best album. That title could also go to Seventh Son, or maybe Powerslave.

Somewhere in Time is not bad, but Master of Puppets is miles better.

Funny thing, I had just as difficult a time deciding which one I liked better when I bought them both in 1986!! Man I'm old.

Oops, missed this final. My favourite album by each artist, though I would give the edge to Somewhere in Time.
