This new album comes out tomorrow, February 24th.

Just heard it, and it's probably their best album, which says something per Spiritual Migration was somewhat of a breakthrough back in 2013.

Paul Masvidal of Cynic is even featured on the track "Living Waves"

1. An Infinitesimal Spark 01:50
2. One of Many… 01:27
3. Prison Skin 06:21
4. Spirals Within Thy Being 07:16
5. Cosmic Walkers 03:22
6. No Faced Mindless 05:52
7. Living Waves 05:45
8. Vacuum 02:13
9. Stillness is Timeless 09:36
10. Aathma: Part I. Universal Oneness 06:35
11. Aathma: Part II. Spiritual Bliss 04:05
12.Aathma: Part III. One With The Light 05:22
13. Aathma: Part IV. Many Of One 03:58

1st single "Prison Skin"

As a confirmed hater of the growl even I enjoyed the last one. Happy to give it a listen because there is a good chance of some beautiful music in there.
How much growliness is in there?

Fuck yeah Paul.

This is a definite purchase for me.  Spiritual Migration is incredible and I just listened to it the other day.

I'll definitely give this a listen, but in my opinion, they never topped Truth Inside the Shades. Shin-Ken came closest, but I found Spiritual Migration to be a very exhausting listen.

Still looking forward to getting around to listening to this though. :metal

I own Shin-Ken but it didn't wow me like Spiritual Migration, but have been meaning to get the cd out again.  Never heard Truth so must get onto that too.

You would definitely love them.

I find Truth has a lot more breathing room in how it sounds, if that makes sense. It's still busy, but I find it easier to follow along the music and not to have it get too much. It might have to do with the production, but I find Truth a lot nicer to listen to than Spiritual Migration - every song on that album is awesome, but at 73-ish minutes, I just kind of feel fatigued two-thirds in.

YouTube isn't the best way to judge audio quality, but you should still check this out:

I wasn't too keen on the last one and didn't really like the new song but I'll check this out.

However, Spiritual Migration is an absolute masterpiece, as I've said before.

I checked out the album Truth Inside the Shades and love it.  Scorpion is right on that the album ‘breathes’ a lot more than Spiritual Migration.  A definite purchase for me.

I think this new one is on par with SM, maybe.

Need to sit with it but thought it was alright, not particularly groundbreaking though

New single is nice!
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.
