I'd like to get another round in before today. That'd be pretty sweet. I have all but one of my songs picked, and I'm pretty sure no one is picking any of them. I'm only worried about one, and after that, none of you are picking these.

Can't wait for this round's pick.  I have the perfect song that's gonna clinch me 60% of the community.
"All great works are prepared in the desert, including the redemption of the world. The precursors, the followers, the Master Himself, all obeyed or have to obey one and the same law. Prophets, apostles, preachers, martyrs, pioneers of knowledge, inspired artists in every art, ordinary men and the Man-God, all pay tribute to loneliness, to the life of silence, to the night." - A. Jesus Christ himself* comes down amidst a choir of 2 billion angels singing Handel's Hallelujah chorus. As KrotchRaut shred randomly on guitars made of dragon bones using picks made from God's kidney stones, Jesus heals a blind woman who promptly gives birth onstage to a creation of pure light.

Once we've got our eight picks,  I'll start a poll in P/S thread and let DTF decide.

Opeth - Serenity Painted Death
Youuuuuuuuu sonofabitch
Excellent.  I was really hoping we'd get a few of these.  When this is done,  I'd like to do one with albums.  I think it'd be a whole lot more competitive, and we'd see a shit-ton of cursing each other.

It's actually quite hard to pick 8 songs. The first two were obvious for me, but then the others are hard to pick.

Well, it was only one of my Opeth songs, but given what people had selected so far I was leaning towards that one...

I think my selection strategy is working so far; although we are only a quarter of the way through.
I punch those numbers into my calculator and they make a happy face.

You put your pick next to my name.

You, me and H are following pretty much the same pattern.  I suspect that'll continue into round 4, and then my picks will diverge quite a bit from the norm.

I actually have no idea if I'm in good position. The songs I picked are actually my favorite songs, there's no strategy in my picks. We'll see how it turns out!

I'm the first drafter before either of you so if anything you're following me. :D

El Barto, would it be all right if we each posted an updated list to keep track of what songs have been chosen already?
