I don't even think Walt let her die for one specific reason or another.  He let her die because it was simply the easy thing to do.

I don't agree with this. Walt's character was not the type who would just do something because it was easy. Everything he did was extremely calculated (even if in the moment) and weighed as an outcome of what his goals were at the time.

Yeah, Walt probably thought, "Oh shit! Oh...well if I just let her die, she'll be out of the way. Saves me the trouble. "

Exactly! Like faking cancer!
Joe and I in the same squad is basically the virtual equivalent of us plowing a rape van through an elementary school playground at recess.

Precisely. Michael Scolfield did a similar thing in Prison Break. He had some guy sneak in a medication that would false-positive him for some illness. It gave him access to the medical facility on site.

Well, he became a lot more impulsive as the series went on.

Something I've been wondering (probably already asked/answered before): Why did Walt become a high school teacher? He may have been depressed etc over the Gray Matter loss, but why did he not just start another company? Or do something more useful?

start watching at 13:00.  Cranston has a great explanation on why he became a teacher, specifically at 17:16 he begins the explanation, but the lead up to it is good background info.

You're definitely not as creeper-pedo looking as Todd. Er..not to say you do at all!  :lol But there's a general..likeness.

I actually thought Todd was a real good character. I mean, I wouldn't go bowling with him or anything, but he was completely dispassionate and always focused on the matter at hand. Generally speaking, the sort of guy you'd want around in a clutch situation.

Yes, he became a very interesting character. One of my favorite antagonists. Came out of nowhere, too... I really didn't expect him to develop at all; let alone into the near main antagonist.

Thanks. :) Great video!

In regards to Todd: I didn't really get his character, because all I could think of was the role of Landry he played in Friday Night Lights.

I´m trying hard to find a .gif of Skinny Pete looking at the camera spreading his arms when he´s going into Tuco´s den. Does anyone have an idea where I can find it?

So I bit the bullet and watched all of series 1 in one evening. Pretty good.

It'll be interesting to see where it goes from here. I'm glad there's not that many episodes.

I can't see the premise having that many threads.

Gonna start series 2 soon.

Yeah, I could blow through most of it in very large chunks. However, season 2 was dark and heavy enough that it'd occasionally stop me dead in my tracks. There were a couple of episodes that just made me call it a night and turn on the Simpsons for a while.  :lol

Honestly, I was surprised by how underwhelming the end of Season 1 was (it ends with Tuco beating a guy to death simply for making one remark?)...at first.  But once you see how Season 2 begins, and you get through those first two episodes of Season 2, you know you are in for an awesome ride. :hat

Haha, I know! I felt like I needed to sleep for a week after the way Season 4 went and eventually ended. :lol :lol

The end of Crawl Space still remains one of the biggest WOW moments I have ever seen on TV or film.

Haha, kind of, but nothing really comes close to how disgusting that acid bath thing is.  Seeing those dead body parts drop to the floor...that is probably about as gross as it got.

I don't know, I was so busing lmfao that I don't remember it being all that gross. Because of the drama involved, when the Two-Face thing happened, you were literally glued to your screen.
