Not that I disagree in principle...

...THAT SAID, if he truly is the humorous, clever smart-ass he claims to be (in all of his statements), then it's only fair he should be able to take it as much as he gives it  :biggrin:

None of this is truly relevant, of course...my guess is that people are just having some fun  :)

I wouldn't have actually tweeted that at him, but I did chuckle at my grammatical error not being fixed (there should have been an "as" in between "not" and "good" :lol).

To be fair to Derek, he "just" claimed his own album as the best instrumental album of the year. Sure, let the others say that... but he's Derek Sherinian, right? ;D
For me, I would put his album at the same level of Joe Satriani's The Elephants of Mars and both only behind Steve Vai's Inviolate - that it's incredibly amazing - in 2022, as far as instrumental albums go.

So, Derek had been teasing something Planet X related a while ago, but today he posted an image made of most of the covers from albums he's played on. Well, what's that very last one on the first line?



It's too blurry to read the title, but it's definitely a new Planet X release. He's been liking facebook comments that mention Planet X too, so I guess there'll be news coming soon.
