James LaBrie is easily their best.
But you know what, while I had nothing against Charlie, I think Chris Collins was the second best, with Charlie being last. Why isn't CC in the polls?

IIRC, Chris was only officially a singer when they were under the Majesty title.

IIRC, Chris was only officially a singer when they were under the Majesty title.

Well, he was still better than Charlie Dominici. I still consider him their former vocalist.

Besides, if it's just between LaBrie and Dominici, I can easily assess what people would choose LaBrie most of the time.

This. Actually, if I'm completely honest I think on WDADRU Charlie sounds a LOT better than Labrie. Charlie actually sings in tune.

Hmm. I thought he was struggling quite a lot and he couldn't reach any of the higher notes, he'd just let James do them.

I'm pretty sure they rehearsed it that way. He knew he wouldn't be able to hit those notes, I think that's why they just had James to the really high parts.

This. Labrie does have a bit more range, although not much more than Charlie. Labrie doesn't really hit the high notes either, he's usually more than a semitone off. Charlie's enunciation, pitch and tone are just way better. In that particular performance at least.

This isn't the first time I've heard someone say that. A friend of mine is a trained singer who tells me the same thing about James. According to her, he's pretty often just ever so slightly off key, which I never notice, but I guess if your ear is good enough it's not tough to hear it.

Yeah, LaBrie has his off days, that particular concert wasn't his best.
