Since I'll take forever for the CD to arrive to my country,. I'll download it and listen to it in my computer. If I like it, I'll order it on Amazon and wait 3 weeks for it to arrive at my home. If not, hey, at this point I could do without any more DT.

yeah we know you dont like MM, but download it? come on!

I will preorder ADTOE at rockserwis.pl (Polish most trusted site for those things). I'm not counting on buying it in the mall, or store because they probably won't have it on the release date, and I HAVE TO GOT IT on the release date ;)

It's my first too! I started listening to them a little before BC&SL was released, but I wasn't aware of it's release until August (never checked for it on the internet) and then got it as my first DT album in October for my birthday. :metal

mangini as i open cd case
mangini as i listen
mangini after done listening

roll over, go to bed

Dude...talk about premature manginilation!  You need to learn some techniques, or exercises or something.  I hear high-anxiety is frequently a factor (and also a fairly good movie).

Preorder
When I get the album, I'll go to my room and start listening
F*CK! Interrupted by my parents.
Start whichever song was playing from the start again.
F*CK!! Interrupted again.
Start the song from the beginning once again.
SH!T! Interrupted!
*Commits Suicide*

That's how I'll get the new album and die.

1- Pre-order the shit out of that CD
2- Continue living life as normal ignoring the little niggling at the back of my brain...
3- Forcibly push the niggling at the back of my brain away.
4- Retreat into madness, ignoring all school work at this point and failing all of my subjects

Day the CD arrives

5- Sneak down to the cellar to acquire some of the finest wines
6- Tell Dad that I need to borrow the Garage's sound system urgently
7- Get Jon to come round with his copy of the CD
8- Insert CD into disk player
9- Sit down and prepare to Mangini all over Dad's tools and motorbikes
10- Take a sip of the rare vintage whenever I regain control of basic bodily functions such as swallowing.

Repeat steps 1 to 4 in the lead up to Skyrim. I will figure out steps 5 to 10 closer to the time.

1. Call my local record shop and reserve a copy.

2. Go to the shop and pick up the album.

3. Go down to my basement and crank ADTOE on my stereo system with 500 watts per channel.

4. Digest album and repeat step 3.

fffffff, the first time in sixteen months that a school accepts me, and it just has to start a week before the album comes out. >_> This means I'll have to..

0) Tell my dad to get me the album from some sort of thing the day prior, or maybe just preorder it early.
1) Get up.
2) Fall asleep.
3) Get up.
4) Fall asleep.
5) Be woken up by mum.
6) Quickly get dressed, run out door.
7) Go to school.
8) Do whatever it is kids these days do in school. Probably drugs or something.
9) Come home, hopefully nothing bad happened with step 0 and here's the album.
10) PUT ALBUM IN CD PLAYER.
11) CRANK IT UP TO ELEVEN.
12) Enjoy while writing down all my thoughts in some sort of notepad.

There, that's my Twelve-Step process of what I will do. And yes, I will get the CD legally. The CD, too. None of that iPod stuff that kids these days are so addicted to. I like to get a physical copy of my music.

I almost forgot, I will obviously share my thoughts about it during listening, as well as after digesting it a couple times. See how my opinion changes over time.

I wonder how far in advance iTunes will put samples up. Recently with Iconoclast all the samples were 90 seconds long and out 4 weeks before the release. They definitely gave a significant indication of where a record is going.

I most likely won't preorder it unless there is some nifty gimmick to make you want to do so (like my signed litho of the artwork for SC).

I'll probably not preorder it unless there's some special preorder edition or something. I don't like relying on the mail, or risking having to wait longer than necessary. So here it is.

1. Go to school
2. Run like hell down to the mall in the lunch
3. Go back to school, read the booklet and the lyrics while eating lunch
4. Waiting anxiously to get home
5. Get home
6. Lock my door, crank it up to 11
7. Sit and stare at the speakers for approximately 80 mins
8. Repeat step 7 to infinity.

This is the first time i actually wait for a DT release as well, didn't start listening actively until after BCSL...  :-\

Technically speaking, I'm not allowed to buy it, because of something I said to Aniland.  So I'm probably just going to pretend my birthday is Septemer 13th and get someone to buy it for me as a gift.
