As BBC worded it correctly, "Why now?". That's like sending a SWAT team into someone's place, and when all is said and done and the place is trashed, ring at the doorbell.

now because usa is probably pressuring to take him out so obama doesn't have to explain bombing for no reason.

^^^ Yeah but when one of the generals said that they weren't there to necessarily take Gaddafi out of power, Obama publicly announced that said general was wrong about that.
