Took my son to this movie last night. ET meets Goonies meets Cloverfiled is how I would describe it. Didn't really wow me, although a few scenes put me back in high school in the late 70's early 80's era, which was totally "mint". I thought it was far too predictable, and I didn't go in with any pre-conceived notions, or expectations. Bright spot was some of the young cast have the potential to be big players in the future. I thought it had much more promise though than was delivered. Thoughts?
