You know, this thread has just made me realise that I have never seen Myung make a mistake! That is awesome!

the only way we could possibly hear a JM mistake (if he were to make one) is in the metropolis solo, or if jordan's left hand was severed

- James's big mistake near the end of The Killing Hand (October 1992)
- James hits the F# in the worst way ever (sounds like someone is tearing his throat apart), and after a few seconds, JP misses a note during his subsequent solo (probably the only time he ever did that  :lol)
What the hell happened here?  :lol

In which one of the two?
Both, sounds like they're from the same show and I've never heard James screw up so bad.

Actually they are not  The "Killing Hand" mistake happened as I said in 92, when James suffered his first (and less known) vocal injury probably caused by him not being really prepared to endure some 15 shows in two weeks. The shows recorded in that period are full of "painful" mistakes.

The second one is from 1995 (first show after acos was re-written), and you can definitely see how much Labrie struggles to cope with his diminished range and overall flawed condition.

Yeah I don't remember Myung mistakes either... Although I think that He does not play every particular note for example in The Dance Of Eternity bass solo, or Erotomania outro... There are no mistakes in it of course ;) but you can always hear some dose of improvisation in these :)
