Cool Chris would like to present...

Kaia Madison, who was born April 26. Everyone who is a parent knows this, but to those of you who are not, seeing your child come in to the world is the most amazing, moving, scary exhilarating thing. There are not enough smiley faces/icons in the world to express how I am feeling now.

On a side note, she is apparently a huge DT fan, because she is a couple weeks early, and came right in time to see the audition videos (which I have not had a chance to see yet). When I left for the hospital, the main stickied thread was at around 20 pages, when I got home and had a chance to get on computer, it was around 65!

Congratulations! Start saving for that UDUB education now!!  :biggrin:

When my son was born I bought a 50 dollar savings bond every week until he was five, and then it's been 100 every month since then. He has two more substantial accounts for college, and his own checking and savings account and about 4 years ago he started getting money each month to invest in the market, but I just keep stashing away the bonds on his behalf. Once you get into whatever habit you have for saving for her, it becomes really easy.
