Song on the radio
« on: April 18, 2011, 04:48:52 PM »
A few days ago I heard this song on the radio and it's been stuck in my head ever since and I can't for the love of god find out which one it was.

The fact that I don't know who wrote the song or even any of the lyrics doesn't help either.

This is what I know:
- It's a fairly popular song, I've definitely heard it before
- It's very calm
- It's acoustic with I'm pretty sure only one guitar. No chords, just individual strings.
- The vocals reminded me of Bon Iver but are much lower in pitch

Possible lyrics:
- One recurring sentence was "We worry" or something that sounds like that "we were in", "were here here", ...
- The verses might be like this:
" One .... to ... ... ...
One ... to ... ... ...
One ... to ... ... ...

We worry"
The lines may be "One night to be of use" or something like that, I have really no idea. It wasn't very clear to understand and I'm not a native English speaker so...

Please help me... Anything will do... Even if all you can provide is a link to a somewhat popular very calm acoustic guitar song.
Thanks in advance!!

Glad to be of help, it's a great song. You should check out The Knife's original as well, it's... different.  :lol Still great though.

We should totally have a Knife thread, Silent Shout is one of the top albums of the decade.
