No, but seriously, there are many things you could try to do. Stress is good to keep you up and running with your work and duties, but everyone needs time to do whatever makes them relaxed. These are some suggestions:
01. Do you play an instrument? If yes, you could try to compose a song, maybe write lyrics about the stress and how you deal with it. Often times, taking that weight out in creative manners helps a lot.
02. Do you like TV Shows/Movies? If yes, try disconnecting yourself from internet and everything else and just take some hours to sit and watch your favorite TV show or movie. Comedy would come in very handy in here.
03. Go out. I myself resist a lot to the thought of going outside where other creatures live, but sometimes seeing cars, streets and random people might inspire, relax and organize your thoughts well.
Simple things you can do in your daily life: Always take some moments to BREATHE. This is one of those fundamental things that people tend to take for granted. 5 minutes of deep breathing and good posture actually makes a difference. You should also try to be "clean" from the computer for some moments, if that's your case.
Long-term solutions: If things aren't going great in your life, hiding or ignoring obviously won't help, the best thing to do is to organize your thoughts and make a plan to change it. Obviously, the best actions you will take will come when your state of mind is calm and in peace with itself, not with pressure and stress.
Good luck!
