I'm pretty sure the first DT song I learned to play all the way through (on guitar) was Learning to Live.

EDIT: Although it may have been Space-Dye Vest. But LtL would definitely have been second.
I still can't get that song. I can play Change of Seasons p1 and Ytse Jam but not that? Bah!

Pain of Salvation's Undertow and Kamelot's Forever (at least the parts a budding guitarist was able to do).

I'm still terrible, but learning. Very, very slowly. Just not sure how I should best practice. Same with piano.

I remember trying to learn Honor Thy Father on the drums. On the first try, I broke a drumstick and a bass drum head...after that I was like "Fuck it, this song is breaking my drumset."  :lol

Bass
Lie! In the wrong key, I was playing a four-string and didn't realise that the bottom string on a six-string was tuned differently, 'cause I was 14 and stupid. Which I didn't notice until it was pointed out to me. I really liked doing the little lick at the end of the verses. Peruvian Skies was the first in the right key, although I was atrocious at it and missed a lot of notes. I still do from time to time - it's like recapturing my youth except involuntary.

Piano
Exercises. Probably middle C. I used to play the piano a lot when I was about 7, I got proper lessons. I then got bored of all the exercises and forgot everything - including reading music, which I used to be really good at, so that's a fairly big regret. I sort of sporadically messed about with it since - I learnt the tetris theme and could play that pretty fast, and I could play Never Enough not long after OVM came out which I was always hugely proud of, as well as some songs from Sonic. Since I got a digital piano for myself, though, I've been approaching it a lot more seriously, and I think Apocalypse Please was the first song I learnt to play. AP was definitely the first song I properly learnt to play two handed, at any rate. I'd call it the first song I learnt as a pianist, as opposed to the first song I learnt as a fella who occasionally smushed his hands across a keyboard every now and then.

My first guitar lesson was split between "Happy Birthday" and "Crazy Train"   ;D

I think my teacher learned early on that songs like "Happy Birthday" weren't going to cut it.

I imagined the story to go more like this.

I was sitting a traffic light blaring Space Dye Vest and next to me in another car was Kevin Moore. And I'll never be open again.

The first song I learned on guitar was some Weezer song that I forget now. But right after that I started to tackle Metropolis from Images and Words. Man... It took me about 8-9 months to get it down but that song alone taught me a lot as there was so many things I had to practice and understand through development. Practicing a single passage for weeks on end until finally one day I got it all down. I remember the first time I played it all through from beginning to end I felt like the strongest man in the world. lol. I remember walking back and fourth in my room frantically after playing it, feeling all hot and bothered and, well...  :metal times like 1000. Was awesome!

Haha awesome!  I love that feeling when you nail a song, or even just a passage of a song, for the first time.

Vocals: Technically, my first singing performance was Frère Jacques at a concert of the primary education French-Spanish school I studied, from my 6th until my 9th age.
The first song I chose to perform was Metallica's Nothing Else Matters, the S&M version (doing guitar and vocals, my twinbrother doing 'the symphony' on keys).

Guitar: The Corrs' Radio
I remember that my ears were pretty sharp back then, pretty sensitive. I got the chords from our band coach, and I felt something was wrong with one of them, and corrected it. My strumming was pretty bad, though. Okay rhythm, but I believe all downstrums. I think all the downstroke riffs of Metallica felt pretty natural because of it.

Piano: Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. With guitarplaying I'm more of a notation reader, than a tab reader. I prefer to know what I'm playing, than how. My sheet music reading skills were quite up to a level of a starting pianist. So this Queen song I could figure out rather quick. And the "switching around the left-hand beyond the right hand"-part makes it look to non-musicians as if I can play the piano, while I can't.
