Cole: "Ow I just got hit in the balls"
Me: "How?"
Cole: "Well you know when you try to scratch your balls, and you scratch too hard?
I'll admit sometimes I want to listen to Dragonforce.

Ever since I was a little boy, people have enjoyed the sound of my voice. And I figured you either get busy talkin or you get busy dyin'. The work is really quite easy. Why even right now I'm just sitting in a chair, sipping some tea and reading from a script. The wall is covered in something that resembles egg crates except they're soft and spongy, like a twinkie...like a twinkie.

YES
I just don't understand what they were trying to achieve with any part of the song, either individually or as a whole. You know what? It's the Platypus of Dream Theater songs. That bill doesn't go with that tail, or that strange little furry body, or those webbed feet, and oh god why does it have venomous spurs!? And then you find out it lays eggs too. The difference is that the Platypus is somehow functional despite being a crazy mishmash or leftover animal pieces

I'll find myself thinking in the same tone of voice that I'd be talking in if I were to say them out loud. Typically, I'll make a facial expression to fit the thought as well.
I do this a lot too.

Actually, when I'm preparing conversations in my head, they are in English most of the time. (I'm from Belgium)

My voice talks to me in a bunch of different ways. Usually normally, like I talk, but also condescending or moralizing a lot of the time.

The weirdest thing is when I have a conversation with myself in my head in two different languages, English and French. Whenever I try to decide on something or am having a mental struggle with a problem, I talk and reason with myself, one voice in each language.
Everything can, should and will be progressive.

My internal monologue sounds a lot like a bad stand up comedy act who's constantly asking "What the fuck?!"
