Democrat's recommendations for Republicans 2012
« on: February 24, 2011, 12:17:45 PM »
Alot of decisions made by the GOP just shock me; where they would obviously loose out (ie, the continued support and attention of Palin)

So, Dems or Indies; what would you suggest to the Republicans to increase their chances in 2012.

For me, the most obvious yet never thought of:

Senator Olympia Snowe (Maine) as the potential for the RNC nomination.  A more moderate Republican who still maintains core right wing policies.  She is bright, well spoken, and thoughtful.  With her gender and her experience she would easily win many pockets of the populace, especially if Obama continues with his very lax attitude. The Republicans need a non-crazy and non-stupid as leader; Ms Snowe is clear for this job.

Her (along with Mayor Bloomberg of NYC) are among the two Republicans I hold in high esteem.  I would seriously give more weight to their campaigns, and maybe even vote Republican!
