If I'm still in Germany at that point, and have the money/time to get down there, I could so go to this. Unfortunately, I won't know until mid June or so.

Should be no problem at all to get tickets at the venue. Every edition yet was faaaaar from being sold out (venue is quite huge).
Staying overnight might be a problem when you don't have a tent or a car to sleep in. There won't be any hotel rooms.
