The Amazing Spider-Man #609 page 13. Saw it and pretty much shat bricks. Pretty sure I'm more excited about this than necessary.

Of course, this now has me curious as to what other places things like this have shown up? Movies with DT posters, videos, or music playing. Comics, novels what mention them.

I don't know, I just thought it was pretty neat. Maybe I'm just easily excitable.

I was surprised that no one else had found it yet. The issue is from December '09.

I'm curious though if it's the artist or the writer that's a DT fan.

I've heard about Scenes playing in a DBZ movie or something. I've seen a decent majority of them, but I never caught that. Which one ws it in?

Yeah. It's a little to the left of the boobs. It's kind of like a Magic Eye...you have to really focus to see it.

The Olympics one isn't too bad, fits pretty well in some parts. But at the same time, it feels so weird to hear music in a promo like that and have it not be generic butt rock.

I actually owned the DBZ: History of Trunks VHS (yes, video cassette!) years before I knew who Dream Theater was! I just knew the music I heard when I watched the video was pretty awesome music! It wasn't until I discovered DT (after getting into Rush) and found out that I had already heard some of their music before!

well they only had parts 1,2, and 4. 3 was taken down and 5 has copywrite issues. I may have missed some (drowned out in the mix at times).

I only did a search for Spider-Man and found nothing. There might be one somewhere for finds in general.

I don't think I could ever find the video, but there was a local commercial here at one point where In The Presence of Enemies pt. 1 was playing. I freaked out each time I saw the shitty commercial come on TV.

In my old hometown, there was a local commercial for some family car dealership, and it had a part where the manager was saying something like, "I used to be a headbanger..." and it cut to a clip of the guy's son in a dark room banging his head to the chorus of "Under a Glass Moon". It was really brief and I was sure that I had dreamed it the first time, but when I caught it the second time, I flipped shit.

Oh, to clarify, the context of it was that he's come a long way since his days as a kid, or something like that. And that is why we should purchase his automobiles.
