I have Pagan's Mind on order.  Good to hear that it's that good.  I'm looking forward to it.  I don't know what to expect, God's Equation IMO was excellent.
Everyone else, except Wolfking is wrong.

How is the new Protest The Hero? How are the vocals?
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

'Tis good, only heard it once so far. A bit subdued on aggressive vocals but worth your listen, it's up there with the other albums I think.

Thought the two Devin albums would knock off Scale the Summit but, alas, it's still my favorite album from this year so far!

Updated the rankings on my first page to reflect my recent DT purchases.

Here are my most anticipated releases so far, and a couple of new ones I've gotten into. There are a lot more that weren't worth mentioning.

Arch Enemy - Khaos Legions-
Kind of sucked. Arch Enemy have been getting less and less consistent with their past couple of releases, but this is the first that had no redeeming tracks that I've enjoyed at all.

Benedictum - Dominion-
Much preferred Seasons of Tragedy. Only a couple of tracks I like off this one.

Journey - Eclipse-
I like a few tracks, but it doesn't come close to Revelation for me, which I think is a great album. I really need to give Eclipse another full spin though, because I'll probably grow to like it.

King Kobra - King Kobra-
I haven't really gotten into King Kobra's older stuff, but this album interested me. Definitely one of the better solid hard rock albums I've heard in recent years.

Rhapsody of Fire - From Chaos to Eternity-
This album did not disappoint. Great album from start to finish. Perhaps even better than The Frozen Tears of Angels, and much better than the filler of The Cold Embrace of Fear.

Scar Symmetry - The Unseen Empire-
The first Scar Symmetry album I've heard, and I love it. Got into Holographic Universe soon after, and love both.

Whitesnake - Forevermore-
I thought Good to be Bad was a great album, and this completely topped it in every way. Much more rock, much better production, and more consistent. David Coverdale never lets me down.

Dream Theater - A Dramatic Turn of Events-
Another very solid album, that continues to grow on me.

Only King could mis-spell a LETTER.
Yep. I think the only party in the MP/DT situation that hasn't moved on is DTF.
