They're playing at the Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason theater in Miami, which is by far my favorite venue. that place is fucking gorgeous.

While buying tickets for Tallest Man, I got a 'recommendation' from the venue that they were playing there as well. I checked it out and apparantly it was already sold out, and really fast as well.

It's really fucking good. I especially love the run of Triple Spiral through the end of the album.

Also, I hope they have that girl from the Mynabirds with them on this tour, I was pleasantly surprised when I learned she was on The People's Key.

Took the fireworks

and the vanity

the circuit board

(lyrical reference to a lot of songs on Digital Ash in a Digital Urn)

and the city streets

shooting star, swaying palm tree

laid it at the arbiter's feet

Cool way to end the Bright Eyes name.
