I am trying to gear back up, however.

And by the way you were right it is a midi lol... I just converted it to .mp3 format so it sounds a little bit better.

Well, in my opinion, 45 second snippets of songs just aren't going to cut it. There's not enough time to become interested in what's happening in the song before it's over. Try to actually write a song with several ideas that fit together. Works a hell of a lot better.
