not that I'm a hardcore fan of theirs, but I do own Tierra Trágame and saw them live with Chris Paul back in 2006. I enjoyed their last EP "Touch the Sun" and keep tabs on them on facebook still. They have a new album in the works. So, I guess I might not be surprised if someone else around here is more into them, but I've never seen them mentioned, from what I recall, really until this post. Frames by a lot. That album is god.

The next two are hard to rank. Everyone into Position and Effloresce are also amazing.

Self Preserved is their weakest.

Effloresce is their best album. A lot of people will tell you Frames, but they're all freedom haters.

I'm sure you'll like Frames, though. It's still a very good album. Everyone Into Position also makes an excellent starting point, it's their most accessible and catchy album.

No, Frames is legitimately better than Effloresce. By a small margin. Then Everyone Into Position by another small margin, then Self Preserved by a slightly bigger gap.

But they're all pretty damn amazing.
