Tuners are very key.

And with the Floyd Rose conversation I've only seen frustration brew out of owning one of those.

I honestly love my Floyd Rose. Changing strings is a bit of a pain in the ass, but once you've gotten a feel for exactly how it's supposed to go, fixing any problems becomes very easy.

As far as the sound, put on a clean tone with a ton of reverb, hit an open chord, and just depress the bar slightly for instant musical bliss.
Orion....that's the one with a bunch of power chords and boringly harsh vocals, isn't it?
LOOK AT THIS AWESOME SHIT AHHHHHH

I have a little bit of advice to offer.
Number one: Listen to what guitar pros (like here at DTF) have to say, NEVER forget good advice. Don't do what I did.
Two: Play as many guitars as you possibly can, because in the end, it's all up to you and your feelings for "the" guitar you find.
