The cover reminded me a bit of Jakob - Solace though, maybe that's the one you were thinking of as well.

Ok, I expected these two would be harder (since neither band is particularly popular around here I think), so a hint for each:
B4: a band which started 100% black metal and was one of the earlier bands of the genre (however they are NOT from Scandinavia), over time becoming more industrial/electronic, this album being probably the furthest they've ventured in that direction.
D3: they have a lot in common with one of the other bands in my puzzle, already found. This is hands down their most controversial album and caused a massive WTF reaction on release, but many people started to appreciate it over time.
