It's a pain in the ass if you ask me, but the way I do it is just open up two paint screens, one for your collage and one for clipping.  Goggle the album cover you want, find it at decent size, copy it and paste it into paint.  Then simply select a square box and make it the same for each cover.  For that one I did 175x175.  Copied then that selected square and pasted it into my main paint screen.  positioned each one next to each other and then save the whole thing as a single picture, then host then post.

Yeah, I guess that's why I picked a few obscure ones and just grabbed whatever from the images.

Thank you, but I'd like to figure it out. You gave easy enough instructions in your post, but I got lost somewhere along the way.

I use this site for album artwork. You have to make an account (which is free) to download without a watermark.

And this is what I've done in the past

What I do (and there's surely a better way to do this) is download each individual album artwork, crop it to whatever snippet you want, and then assemble everything using the site Pixlr.

Pretty much what Metro just said, that's simpler.  Maybe this Pixel program is more user friendly than Paint?  I would think downloading each album cover though may be more time consuming?  Although might be easier to organise that way.

It definitely is  Hence why I haven't done another in a while.

I just find lining up the pieces next to each other and below each other so finicky.  Selecting the same pixel dimension size per album cover is pain in the ass too!

I can't find the post but I'm sure Tomislav95 posted a link to the collage generator that I used for the last few I did. You have to crop the pictures yourself but then it auto generates the collage grom the pictures you upload, fitting them to a uniform size, etc.

Yea, it made it pretty easy but I can't find the link. Maybe it wasn't Tomi, but it's somewhere in this thread.
