Doubt they'll help me any.  I should've got Legends of the Shire - hell, I just listened to it 2 days ago!

C3 and D5 piss me off so much, I'm like 99% sure I know them, but I just can't place them :lol
people on this board are actual music fans who developed taste in music and not casual listeners who are following current fashion trends and listening to only current commercial hits.

Just a few more.... expanding the hints a bit for you

A1: Hint: Brittish 70-ties band, produced by John Mutt Lange, had one hit from another album that is on a lot of compilations of 70-ties music.

A3: Hint: Brittish band,  released one album and toured with Marillion, disbanded after the tour. The female singer has released a lot of solo records and now releases as xx & yy (where xx is her name and yy is a male name)

C2: Hint:  Second release from this classic band. First if you listen to some fans...

D2: Hint: Will play this years Night of the Prog. Will actually play with two bands/orojects.

D5: Hint:  Has toured with DT and MP has played on one of their albums.

E2: Hint: Half of this album was played live a couple of years ago. The show was released but only as audio... no video even though something was recorded.

E4: Hint:  Norwegian female fronted band... album released in the 90-ties. Played a special kind of progressive metal.

Not sure this is much of a hint... I just went to Mutt Lange's Wiki page, and for the life of me can't figure out what album/band this might be.
