I'm better with the older albums. The days of staring at the cover for hours is gone with tiny digital pics on a phone screen and doing all my listening in the car. Don't know how I missed Bleed & Scream though.

Off to bed now. A few notes;

A1 is a band not many around here know, and only has been mentioned a couple of times.
C3 is one that I thought would have been the first to go.
D5 Chad wouldn't know this, Lowdz does, not sure if anyone else does though.
E5 Underrated thrash band but have had a resonably popular following. They gained more attention with this album, but have been around for years.

C3 is killing me. Not Evergrey, Firewind, Nocturnal Rites, Blind Guardian (debatable whether the latter three are 'prog'). Drawing a blank on other prog-metal bands that have 6 releases or more. Not DT, QR, SX, SG.

A1 ... since I don't know what it is, I'll comment on what it isn't. Not Yngvie, Jorn or Dio. Dickinson didn't have a 2000 release. Ditto with Vai and Satch. There's already an ARP album there (it's not Masquerade anyway).
