Mate, get that sweet caffeine into you, a true thing of beauty. Had a nice double shot esspresso today myself. Have been staying away from coffee more lately, but that made the shots extra special today. Saying that, I'm about to go to bed, so this will probably be solved by the time I get on here tomorrow night.

From what's left, A3, D3 and D4 are fairly well known and talked about.
The others ... pretty obscure. If no more by the morning (10 hours or so), I'll expand the size of the remaining ones.
