I love Rudess' piano work. Unfortunately that one doesn't seem available for digital download anywhere :(

They just released Christmas Sky on cdbaby.com if interested

I've been playing Al Di Meola's Winter Nights this past week a lot, and it sounds awesome.

I actually love classic Christmas-songs, not any particular i could point out, but my dad has some CD that's pretty much a collection of many different songs, sung by different artists, which is enough to get me into the Christmas-spirit.

Apart from that i'd say Opeth and Agalloch has a few songs that would fit under the "winter-feeling", like "Falling Snow" (by Agalloch) and "Advent" (by Opeth) just to mention two songs.

I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down'.” - Bob Newhart
So wait, we're spelling it wrong and king is spelling it right? What is going on here? :lol -- BlobVanDam

I have both, they are fantastic.  Al Di Meola's version of Carol Of The Bells is stunning.
Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.

I forget which one it's on, but Jeff Beck's version of Amazing Grace is beautiful.

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep just like my grandfather, and not like the screaming passengers in his car!

It's on the first one, and it's glorious.  Done with Beck playing slide, and I believe the London Philharmonic Choir (or something like that) doing vocalizations/chants, not the lyrics.
