Michael Bublé Appreciation:
« on: November 26, 2010, 06:59:09 PM »
I love this guy. He's got a great voice and I love his music. He does a good job with the deeper, slower songs but he's just as great with the more upbeat stuff. Very Frank-Sinatra.  :tup

My faves at the moment are:

Fever
Put Your Head on My Shoulder
Sway
Come Fly With Me

His Feeling Good cover is probably one of the best to stay true to the original.

I've always like Save the Last Dance For Me. Definitely an underestimated voice, he was born in the wrong era.

He was also one of the better guests on SNL this year.

Buble is awesome. The first couple times I heard "Feeling Good" though, I couldn't help thinking it felt like a stripper song  :lol

Very nice voice, and most of the arrangements he sings are really good ones! Although I haven't heard his most recent album.

Ariich is a freak, or somehow has more hours in the day than everyone else.
I be am boner inducing.

I plan on checking it out later.  :tup

I was just really impressed with how he's got a great voice for the more upbeat stuff, but his slower songs are amazing too. Also, his versions of other songs are just as good, if not better.

And yes, Frank Sinatra is awesome.

He's one of my favourite solo male artists, his production is always amazing and his voice is superb.

I saw him with my ex over the summer. Surprisingly, he and his band put on a really great show.

He mentioned the Frank Sinatra thing actually! He was talking about how people always go up to him and ask if he only listened to Sinatra as a kid, and he'd always be like, HELL NO! I loved Michael Jackson! And then he started moonwalking and dancing like him. It was kind of awesome, actually :lol
