I voted.

For Governor I voted Dan Onorato and for Senate I voted for Joe Sestak

Both of whom are losing at the moment, but there's still plenty of time left

Thankfully, Christine O'Donnell is losing by a sizable margin

I'm too cynical to vote because all the candidates suck.

No way in hell am I going to vote for the tea party.

That's not a good reason to not vote.

I don't particularly like any of the candidates either, but some are better than others

So I vote for someone who will rape me the least painfully?

I voted.

I'll share a few of my decisions (Ohio):

Governor - John Kasich (R)
Senator - Rob Portman (R)
Attorney General - Richard Cordray (D)

I was the third one to vote this morning right after the polling station opened. 6:30am start was brutal.

That's what I think of politics in general.

Last month I tried looking up the policies of each candidate but all I got were obviously biased and partisan articles for each one, so there was nothing I could trust to really find out where any of them stand.

Even if I didn't think this whole democracy thing was a sham, I still live in Texas, so there's not really any point.  There are a couple of people I'd certainly like to vote against, but they're landslide winners regardless.
Argument, the presentation of reasonable views, never makes headway against conviction, and conviction takes no part in argument because it knows.

Their personal websites are usually good for that. I hate reading CNN.com or whatever for info on candidates

I take it your not Conservative, at all.

Some people would even say my vote counts more because I live in a swing state.

I wouldn't trust a word that comes from their personal websites, if I'm going to be honest.

I'm looking at the two frontrunners for Governor of Georgia and they're both saying pretty much the same thing. Build more jobs, improve the infrastructure of our highways (Something that has been killing this state for a while), all while including mudslinging at each other.

Same shit, different pile.  I am equally cynical.  You're going to get bent over either way, so might as well go with who your gut says you'd prefer to be bent over by.  I voted this morning, despite the fact that politics is a fucking circus.  I voted merely to cancel out the vote of someone I know.  Someone who chooses to blindly follow the party she's chosen forever, spewing complete lies fairly regularly (based on the media she chooses to listen to), despite our efforts to educate her with facts that we have taken the time to research.  It's damned frustrating, so if I can cancel out her vote, then I have done my duty.

Also, I know people like to say "If you don't vote, you can't complain!".  Actually, yes, I can.  I can bitch about it all day long if I like.  What about kids and non-citizens?  Are they exempt from complaining?  (not directed at you, tick, I just find it amusing when I hear this a lot, every time an election comes up)

Regarding getting good information about the candidates, here in MA the online version of the Boston Globe had a very good section on them. A fixed number of issues that each submitted an entry to.
