As previously reported, well travelled (literally, as well as musically) drummer JOHN MACALUSO informed BraveWords.com that he will be behind the skins on the upcoming HOLY HELL dates supporting MANOWAR. Macaluso and HALFORD guitarist Metal MIKE CHLASCIAK were part of a panel, judging the School Of Rock auditions in Cherry Hill, NJ on February 12th. In addition to his newfound employer, Macaluso is anxious to get recording the new album with Norwegian progsters, ARK.

"Tore (Ostby, guitarist/ex-CONCEPTION) lives in Sweden now. For years he was (ragging) on Swedes and now he goes and marries a Swedish girl and lives in Stockholm," says the always wisecracking New Yorker. "I can't wait to get this thing recorded! Our new singer is fucking incredible."

The "old" one, Jorn Lande, wasn't a slouch either! Following the Holy Hell stint, Macaluso will head to Italy for a month of Paiste sponsored clinics. Around May, he hopes to head to Scandinavia for the Ark recordings.

yes, this definitely rules him out. Plus, someone who was apparently a friend of his said he didn't even audition, so...
