Well, one thing's pretty clear.

If this is really the 'last week' in the Studio like Jordan says, the guys REALLY haven't managed to keep up with updating us the way Mike would have. 

This is NOT the last week... as was said many times JR said he "had a busy last week" meaning last week, as in the week before this one... was busy.

At no point does he say "we are GOING to have a busy last week next week..."

And this is NOT 4 posts ago. I've been corrected 4 times already man. Chill.

I drove back home, threw my hat deep into the closet and fell asleep on my bed without knowing that Cove City Sound Studios is located at North Shore of Long Island which might make it the place that Mike Mangini meant when he said the following:

"Heading to up the North Shore this week for rec session #2 of 2011. I will update my sites w/info asap. My Books site will be down for a while."

Wait, when/where did he say this?

I was wondering where this quote came from too.  Does Mike Mangini have a Twitter account?

Well, he could be cryptic and maybe he's talking about the north shore of LI, but The North Shore generally refers to the coastal towns and cities north of Boston. I'm from The South Shore.

I remember reading in a biography that on the recording of Destroyer, Bob Ezrin asked Peter Criss to play in half-time but he didn't know how to.

In one of Gene Simmons' books, Gene stated that Peter didn't know any music terminology at all. Not even time signatures. He played entirely by feel.
