I wouldn't be surprised if DT chartered a private jet for a special occasion.

But that doesn't mean that Lang is the drummer.

But it would be cool if he was.

Yeah, I'm not sure DT has a private jet. Either way, it sounds like he's doing something important, considering he doesn't usually fly private jets. An earlier tweet: "seriously -- when you call united airlines customer service it's like talking to the wall.... pull it together!!!". Maybe RR flew him out if he is the new drummer?

Private jets aint too expensive,(for those guys, rental that is) ecspecially if it's on RR bill. So that is possible. At least i hope so

I've kept my vote the same, just in hopes that he will be chosen. I do find it odd that no one could back up the cancelled seattle bootcamp, and if he's taking a private jet, chances are it's for some drumming. So his foot couldn't be that bad.

Interesting part about the private jet - it allows his destination to be more private as well, which means he could very well be going to the studio in secret. You know, because it's been four months now and I'm sure another four wouldn't hurt.

In all honesty, we have no idea. None of them have been conclusively ruled out, but then again, there's a whole slew of other drummers it could be.

It's 95% sure that it isn;t Marco. Other people talked about why it isn't Mangini, but I didn't follow it. And as far as Lang, I don't know.

I know he's got monstrous coordination and speed, but I feel a bit like this also. Additional creativity is what the DT guys need, rather than a human drum machine.

Not changed my vote for Mangini as the OP was asking who you believed it would be, not who you wanted. I dreamed it was Mangini early in the piece but I did have another a few weeks ago where he was sat at a table crying just before the city was bombed and I had to rescue a load of people... dreams eh?

I'd be happy with Minneman.
There seem to be lots of awesome drummers out there but at this point I would be slightly disappointed in Mangini just because I've not seen anything where I thought "wow, he's the man", unlike with the other two I mentioned.

If it turned out to be Priester (I know, it's not him) and he turned up with that octopus thing on his kit, I would have to go onstage and punch him.

Well, I hate to sound like a dick, but it's annoying yet kinda sad and funny that people are seriously defending the idea that he's the drummer based purely on the fact they want him to be the drummer when there's no evidence supporting it.

Which is almost fine, but then don't make posts telling other people they're wrong.
