Not really. It's a very "in your face" place if you're not prepared for it but that's about it.

Well to be fair "that other site" is as well, although it focuses on shock value more than anything.

But I've been to a number of "in your face" places that have a lot of trolling and I"m not really phased by it.

I think admin is saying that the account which was titled "portnoy" was banned.  It used an email account like mikeportnoy67@gmail.com.  The perpetrator covered his tracks well, so I don't think the mods were able to find him.

That said, I don't know.

Agreed now that I thought about it.  Especially since the username was created today.  I find it highly unlikely that no one took it up til this point.

^  That's true.  If DTF becomes a DT vs MP board, I recall bosk saying that he would start up another forum or something like that.  There could easily be a forum split in the near future.

That's a possibility, but its in my nature to be distrustful in situations like this. I dunno, something doesn't seem right. I'd expect hef or Nick to post in the thread by now, at least a post telling everyone to chill.

And yes, that's what I mean about being punked. I've just always felt uncomfortable in situations like this and I tend to be very suspicious of things around myself. Maybe I am looking to much into it, but its in my own nature to constantly question things like this.
