Yeah, same. Also, my laptop isn't that great, and even though the graphics are simple I have a feeling it might get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of blocks.

Anyone who has this game got any system requirement suggestions?

there is a basic setting allowing you to adjust how many blocks there are on the screen at one time. From "Huge" to "Tiny". If you're getting lag, just adjust this and you SHOULD be fine.

It's basically the distance your can see.

Minecraft is amazing. Still haven't played any multiplayer, but that's ok. I feel like dealing with other people in this game would just piss me off most of the time.

Awesome game.

I use the editor now to get all the items in the game. Some may call this cheating, but when you're more interested in building massive structures, and have already found diamond and all the rare stones, it's really not much different.

I have a floating base in the sky and i'm currently in the process of finishing my railroad which takes me to my base immediately upon respawn.

Boosters are fucking awesome.

Yes, yes you should. We really need to set up a DTF SMP server. Creative mode is fun and all but survival is fantastic for forums like this.
