Finally got around to watching "Beyond the Lighted Stage" yesterday.

Good god, such a good MOVIE standalone, I think I'm going to watch it again. Made me love Rush all over again.

Did you watch the extras DTS87?  I need to watch this again.

Even though I've listened to Tom Sawyer a million times (actually, 346 times in the last 5 years according to last.fm), I still love the song. So, so much.

Pretty appropriate too considering what the last song of the setlist was.

Looks like everyone else gets a presale tomorrow.  INCLUDING ME!

I've got tickets to the Detroit show! :caffeine:

Pretty much the very back of the floor, but Rush is Rush, so I'm not one to complain.

And now, we pray.

My sister is in, I'm willing to make it work...

All that needs to happen is my friend needs to agree to my Rush in Cleveland/Pittsburgh the next day trip and I will be at a Rush DVD shoot.

Any other time this wouldn't be a question, but he *just* settled on a house which he moves into in January.

Floor seats, section A, row 34, seat 6.  Tried refreshing a few times to see if I could get B or C, but decided to just stick with A just in case.  WOOOOOOOOOOOO

letters, TOX, and anyone else: since co-ordinating seats will be a bitch and a half, want to try and meet up at a restaurant or something beforehand and have dinner before we haver our religious experience?

I don't like waiting around.  I'm afraid that I'm not going to get any seats if I just wait around for them.

If you don't get good ones right away, refresh. The way things normally work is this:

Ticketmaster/LiveNation will release bad tickets first. Thus the die-hards who wait at the computer when they go onsale miss out on good seats. As time goes on, new seats will be released (and this is actually so that scalpers can't just buy up the best seats first to resell). Just keep doing this until you feel you have the best seats possible

Since front section is only $95 I'll probably do that, might as well considering the distance I'd be traveling.

They really need to announce a show in Halifax. I don't understand why they continue to ignore an entire region of their home country.
