Went to the doctor's, nothing broken or chipped but they've got me on some anti-inflammitory stuff because that pic doesn't do justice to how swollen and manky it is.

The gig was worth the pain though  :tup And there are some fantastic tracks on Eternal Youth, really good stuff.

So I just won two tickets to see Rolo again on thursday night. Tiny venue, Camden Barfly is like 200 capacity. My body is ready.

inorite. Like 5 days ago I saw there was some competition where you had to 'like' Doc Martins shoes and write about your first gig or something, and I heard nothing more till I checked my junk mail today and saw I'd won! I am going to try so so so hard to get a photo with Eva <3

We are delighed to welcome Chris and Nathan to the band. Both of them have great backgrounds in other bands we’ve been fans of and have been long-term friends of ours. It’s an exciting time for the band and we can’t wait for people to hear what we do next.

New song is great, seems more structured and less crazy than the majority of their music, but it is a single. Shame the two dudes left, Joe the guitarist in particular is a really talented dude, but I'm sure the new guys will fit in nicely.

Yeah seriously can't wait for this album, probably my most anticipated of the year. Got my ticket to see them next month, I do so enjoy watching Eva wiggle. There's an album trailer too, doesn't give much away but the music gives me as Cosmology (song) vibe.

Listened to it in headphones for the first time today, which is IMO the best way to listen to an album, and the only way to be fully absorbed into it. Totally grew on me, especially the second half. Seeing them live on Hallowe'en, apparantly they're all going to be in costume, looking forward to seeing Eva in a slutty nurse uniform :caffeine:
