She's good/alright/ok

It's not my favourite style of music but I quite enjoy a few of her songs if I'm that sort of mood.

I actually listened to Bad Romance tonight. I didn't know it was her. It was catchy at times and puke worthy at others.

I can't really vote here, I only like pop music stars when they're hot and she's not.
But in all honesty I can't get the chorus of that Paparazzi song out of my mind and whenever I sing it out loud a feel a tad closer to homosexuality.

LOL at that last part.  At least you're not this kid though...

I like that when the person shooting the video asks the boy if the camera can zoom in; he says no then gets cranky cause she spoke to him during his performance and went "You're ruining it!", which means that the fact he's in his pajamas in the kitchen doesn't really ruin the video at all.
Childhood obesity :lol

Far better than most pop, but her songs are so hit or miss. Alejandro is catchy as hell, but Poker Face really needs to fall off a cliff.

I don't understand the mass dislike of Poker Face, personally. I can see why some might be turned off by Bad Romance. But Poker Face? Great song with a sexy meaning behind it. :eyebrows:

I can't recall how those two songs are even different from another. And "mass dislike?" Seriously? We're talking about Lady Gaga here. Just because a bunch of prog nerds dislike her doesn't mean there's any "mass dislike" involved.

Sigh....unfortunately, every time I hear a song from hers, it reminds me of my ex-girlfriend who ripped my heart out and stomped on it earlier this year. This is the first music has been ruined for me. Probably not forever, but as long as I'm still getting over the psychotic bitch who is trying to make life a living hell, I cannot listen to Lady GaGa and cringe

Last time I went to Atlantic City my friend who was driving decided to put on a new hot hits station and I was subjected to a song that made me want to kill myself and all those around me. Later I found out it was Alejandro by Lady Gaga. Listening to the station for 2 hours twice in one week was horrid, but that song was definitely the worst of it.
..and he called himself your friend?
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol

Absolutely. Bad Romance is quite polarizing. The chorus is great and is, in my opinion, the sole reason it became such a big hit. The verses are easily some of Gaga's worst.

And that rock remix of Bad Romance was...awkward.

Okay, listened to a few of her most popular songs to see how I felt:

Bad Romace - Awesome chorus, pretty bad everything else
Alejandro - It's okay, meh at parts
Dance In The Dark - Like it
Telephone - I would rather die than ever hear this song again
Disco Stick - I would rather die than ever hear this song again (2)
Poker Face - I actually like this
Paparazzi - I really like this too, and not just the piano version

I don't know, I think I like a third, indifferent/okay with another third, and absolutely despise the last third :P

But you are right, Bad Romance, Paparazzi and Dance in the Dark are her best.
