Catch 33 is probably my favorite Meshuggah album to listen to all in one go.  Their best songs are all contained in other records, but I love the reusage of riffs and progression of Catch 33.

I find your opinion to be most agreeable, good sir.

New album's called Colossus.

Can't think of a more fitting title for a Meshuggah album.  :metal
The bones of beasts and the bones of kings become dust in the wake of the hymn.
Mighty kingdoms rise, but they all will fall, no more than a breath on the wind.

Blabbermouth reports that it's spelled Koloss.

That was on the German Webstore, and that's German for Colossus.

I can't wait for Meshuggah to release this album... and simultaneously set the new bar for 8-string metal bands!  :)

That first one does sound pretty odd, but the second title sounds very, very Meshuggah-esque to me.  The artwork is indeed awesome.  I'm getting pretty excited for this.  :caffeine:

I think those song titles are really cool actually!  "The Demon's Name is Surveillance" was the most interesting sounding one to me... hahaha  I'm hoping they throw us some curveballs on this new one!

I honesly found the album title the most interesting.

Because when a band like Meshuggah chooses to name their album "Koloss" (which is the word for "Colossus" in Swedish, btw), you know they're not fucking around  ;D
